Will callers know they're talking to an AI?+
Yes. It introduces itself as your virtual assistant and says so if asked. Most callers just care that someone picked up and got them on the schedule.
Does it speak Spanish?+
Yes, natively. If a caller speaks Spanish, it switches on the spot and runs the whole call in Spanish. Your text and email summaries still come to you in English.
Can I keep my existing number?+
Yes, and that's the recommended setup. Set your number to forward unanswered and busy calls to your Just Holler number (a one-minute change with your carrier). Customers keep calling the number they already know. Or use the new number on your listings.
What if something goes wrong mid-call?+
The call falls back to ringing your cell, then to a voicemail that's sent to you. Callers never hear dead air.
Does it make up prices or promises?+
