Hey, thanks for calling Lone Star Plumbing! This is Amy, Mike's assistant. What can I help you with?

Caller

Hi, yeah, my water heater is leaking all over the garage floor.

Assistant

Oh no, I'm sorry. Have you been able to turn off the water going to it?

Caller

Yeah, I turned the valve on top. It's still dripping a little.

Assistant

Good, that was the right move. Can I get your name and the address?

Caller

Maria Lopez, 4120 Avenue F in Austin.

Assistant

Thanks, Maria. The soonest Mike can be there is tomorrow at 9 AM, or 11 AM. Would either work?

Caller

9 is perfect.

You're booked for tomorrow at 9 AM. I've marked it urgent so Mike sees it right away. Is this the best number to reach you?
